Unwind in our cozy living room watching TV or reading books about the history of "The Falls". In favorable weather the front porch, with the old fashioned swing, is a favorite spot to relax. Just a short 15 minute walk from Niagara Falls, Canada as well. In cooler weather a cup of tea or hot cocoa tastes especially good while sitting next to the fireside! Awake to the aroma of homemade cinnamon rolls baking – served with a full breakfast (hot entrée, variety of cereals, array of fresh fruit) served "family style". All guest rooms have a private bath (ensuite), ceiling fans and air-conditioning. RATES RATES are seasonal – please call for current rates. Special rates for "off season" and extended stays. Master card and Visa accepted. One night deposit required in advance. Cancellation policy is seven days prior to stay.
